1. Maharashtra govt is planning to give reservation to Muslim community in educational institutions, what is your opinion? Why reservation only in education and not in jobs? What has the Court said on this issue? Why did the Court differentiate between govt and govt aided educational institutions and private ones?
2. What are zonal councils? How many are there?What is their objective? Have they been successful in meeting their objectives?How can they be revived? We already have Inter state council, Niti Ayog, then isn't it duplication of work?
3. Bar association in Karnataka has refused to represent people who are accused on charges of Sedition, what is your opinion on this? If you were a lawyer and a Terror accused asks you for representing him, what will you do?
4. Why India is opposing the CPEC? If US also decides to invest in it then how should India respond? But there has been no concrete output of India's opposition, the project is anyways still going on..what do you think? What should be India's strategy?
5. Do you think Judges should publicly praise or criticise the political executive? There was a bill to regulate the conduct of judges, what was it, what were it's provisions? Why it was not passed?
